David Pirnazar is Samesurf’s Co-Founder and CEO with ultimate responsibility for managing all aspects of the Company's development and business pursuits. Prior to co-founding Samesurf, he served as the Founder and President of Epic Vids, Inc., an interactive publisher that developed video games with partnered publishers and development studios in the interactive gaming space. In the console arena, David conceived and executive produced console and mobile games such as Fear and Respect for Midway Games and Warner Brothers Interactive (PlayStation 3, XBOX 360, PC, Handheld and Mobile) and Empire Tested for Nike. Within this role, he served as an early entrant into the mobile apps space and was among the first to include in-world ads and product placements within interactive products.
Within the mobile apps space, David co-founded Zen Interactive, LLC, a wireless game and app publisher. He started Zen with the founder of USC’s Video Game Program and the president of a wireless game and application development studio named Blue Label Interactive. At Zen, David developed wireless games, apps and related digital products that incorporated readily identifiable brands such as entertainment and sports personalities. Zen entered into numerous license agreements with prominent partners such as Viacom to develop a slew of mobile game properties. The company was sold to the remaining principals of Blue Label in conjunction with the sale of Blue Label to Konami (NYSE: KNM) in June of 2006.

Jerry and Stuart Moore started Sapient to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to business and technology consulting. This approach delivered business and advanced technology solutions that resulted in high-value, measurable business results on time and on budget.
During his tenure with the company, he was at the forefront of many noteworthy changes in the industry that have affected the way businesses and consumers engage with each other. Jerry led Sapient during the emergence of the Internet and e-commerce and guided the company through a number of acquisitions, beginning in 1998, that laid the foundation for the fusion of deep technology skills and rich creativity that characterizes much of the company's work for clients today. Along with Moore, Jerry was also instrumental in developing Sapient's vision and values and the company's unique approach to achieving dramatic results for clients.
Since initially leaving Sapient in 2006, Jerry has been part of the founding of three privately held companies, two in which he serves as a strategic adviser and one as chief executive officer. Jerry graduated from Harvard University with a degree in economics.
Adam Flaherty is Samesurf’s Chief Technology Officer with primary responsibility for all development activities related to the Company's offerings. His expertise lies in the development of web applications and their server side implementations. With regard to specific technology platforms, Adam has extensive experience with C/C++, Objective C, Cocoa, C#, Open GL, Open AL, Java, J2EE, VB.NET, Adobe Flex, PHP, Perl, Javascript, XML/XSD, Ajax, Linux, Unix, Z/OS, Mac OS X, Windows, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Apache, Nginx, IIS and Tomcat. Prior to joining Samesurf, he was Development Manager at Liz Earle UK (acquired by Avon - NYSE: AVP) where he managed two development teams comprising of 14 developers and design specialists. Prior to Liz Earle, Adam held high level development and managerial roles at Integritie and The Met Office in the United Kingdom.
Tyler Tarr is Samesurf’s Chief Financial Officer with primary responsibility for the development of its financial plans and monetization pursuits. Tyler brings extensive financial and operational experience in a wide array of environments ranging from early stage high technology companies to large multinational manufacturing enterprises. He formerly held senior financial and operational positions at a variety of companies including Brilliant Digital Entertainment (a publicly traded content distribution and peer-to-peer technology company), Astro Business Solutions, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon USA), Packard Bell NEC Electronics, Inc. and EMI Music Worldwide.
During his career, Tyler has been involved in the analysis, structuring and negotiation of secured financing transactions aggregating over $1.5 billion. He also successfully helped design, negotiate and implement the integration of several acquisitions, including the acquisition of SBK Records and Chrysalis Records while at EMI Music, the acquisition of Zenith Data Systems and the North American PC operation of NEC while at Packard Bell. Tyler has also provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle market clients. Representative transactions include the purchase and subsequent sale of NEC's European PC operations to Acer and the take private of InFocus, a projector company with sales in excess of $200 million. He is a Certified Public Accountant formerly employed with the leading accounting firms Arthur Andersen, LLC and Coopers & Lybrand, LLC.

He earned his BA degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
Russell Flaherty is Samesurf's Lead Developer with responsibility for leading the team’s efforts in programming and developing front and back end components. Prior to joining the Company, he served as a Product Support Engineer at Brett Martin Daylight Systems. Russell received his BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
Jake is a software developer at Samesurf who specializes in webrtc and audio & video chat technologies. He also focuses on emerging technologies in the field of visual collaboration, mobile cobrowsing and cloud-based storage.
Lucas Kriebel is Samesurf’s Lead Designer with responsibility for driving the direction of visual elements for user interface and graphical design. He also serves as a co-founder and principal of IMK Creative Group, a design house that focuses on creating beautifully functional user experiences.
Jennifer Prince serves as the Company's Lead Monetization Advisor who is entrusted with helping guide Samesurf's monetization initiatives. She is responsible for Media & Entertainment partnerships and revenue at Twitter, overseeing movie studios and TV networks nationally. Prior to joining Twitter in August 2013, Jennifer was Head of Industry for Film & Television at Google and years prior as a Regional Manager at YouTube. Earlier, Jennifer was SVP of Advertising at Demand Media where she launched their Ad Sales division while helping the company through its IPO. Jennifer has spent more than 20 years in advertising and 17 years focusing on digital.
She earned a BA Communications degree from University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition to Jennifer’s advisory role at Samesurf, she has served on the boards of ThinkLA & City of Hope. Jennifer lives in Los Angeles and keeps busy with her three little girls.

Thismoment's Distributed Engagement Channel (DEC) is a cloud-based enterprise platform for digital experience marketing used to create, distribute and measure dynamic brand experiences across multiple sites and devices by hundreds of Fortune 500 brands. At Amazon.com, he drove an original entertainment content initiative for Jeff Bezos, now launched as Amazon Studios, a collaborative online motion picture development process. As a part of the content acquisition team, Chris also licensed film & television programming for Amazon Video On Demand.
As President of Joss Whedon's company at 20th Century Fox Television (Mutant Enemy), he oversaw the critically acclaimed series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Angel," and "Firefly." Chris also produced Whedon's feature debut, "Serenity," at Universal Pictures. Earlier at Warner Bros., he ran Jerry Weintraub Productions where Chris developed a slate of films including "Ocean's Eleven," which grossed $450M at the box office worldwide.
Henry "Que" Gaskins serves as the Company's Lead Marketing Advisor who is entrusted with helping shape Samesurf's marketing initiatives. He is a marketing visionary and game changer known for championing ideas that stretch boundaries, challenge assumptions and deliver breakthrough business results. Que is best known for helping Reebok transform itself from an athletic shoe company to a lifestyle brand by leading the RBK division and forging pioneering relationships with Allen Iverson, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Pharrell, NBA, NFL and other cultural icons.
Most recently, he founded QUE-IN: a forward thinking brand strategy, creative solutions and ideas agency that is known for its ability to QUE-IN on brand, consumer and cultural shifts. A current roster of QUE-IN’s clients include: Revolt TV & Media, Li-Ning Sports, Barclays US, AFROPUNK and FaceReview. Prior to this endeavor, he held senior executive marketing positions at Nike, American Eagle Outfitters, Reebok, Dayton-Hudson, and most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer of the digital start-up, Personal. In his first taste of entrepreneurship, Que co-founded the ad*itive, an advertising and lifestyle marketing agency. Clients of the ad*itive included brands such as Yum! He began his career at Bain, where he led work in go-to-market, operations and M&A strategy. Andy also worked with two software companies in senior operating roles: first as VP Sales & Services at OAT Systems (now part of Checkpoint) and as VP & MD Europe for Formation Systems (now part of Infor). He was also SVP of Operations for the consumer products company AWC and COO of HLB, a product development firm turnaround discussed in a Harvard Business School case.
Andy is also a mentor, judge or board member with several organizations involved in start-ups, business competitions and new thinking around digital convergence; these include competitions at Harvard Business School, the MIT Sloan School, MITX and Mass Challenge. He is also a board member of the start-up investment group CommonAngels and serves on an advisory board for the MIT Enterprise Forum, a community of ~100,000 entrepreneurs in 28 international chapters.

Benjamin Nazarian serves as the Company's Lead Wireless Industry Advisor who is entrusted with helping guide Samesurf's initiatives within the wireless and related online sectors. He is currently Founder and CEO of WannaGo, a start-up software company that helps users keep track and share their favorite places with their friends. Ben is also a Managing Partner and member of the investment committee of Omninet Capital, LLC, a private investment firm focused on real estate and venture capital investments that was established by the co-founders of Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM). He has served on the board of a number of private companies playing a critical role in their development, including advising on strategy, hiring and operational decisions.
Ben also serves on the Board of Councilors of the Law Center at the University of Southern California and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
He received his Juris Doctorate from the Law Center at the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California.

Zach Katz
Lead Music Industry AdvisorZach Katz serves as the Company's Lead Monetization Advisor who is entrusted with helping guide Samesurf's initiatives within the music industry. He currently serves as the Executive VP Creative, North America at BMG Chrysalis. Zach earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law in 1996 and directly thereafter went into private practice.
From 2001 to 2002, he served as GM of Groove Attack USA when the German record label opened a US division. In 2002-2005, Zach worked closely with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment by managing Rakim and the label's top producers and songwriters. In 2005, he discovered, developed and continues to manage super-music producer Jonathan "J.R." Rotem. In 2006, Zach co-founded Beluga Heights, a record label and publishing company, with partners J.R. Rotem and Tommy Rotem. He served as CEO, co-A&R and co-Executive Producer of every record they created. In the past 6 years, Beluga Heights has sold more than 30 million singles and 5 million albums with artists like Sean Kingston and Jason Derulo. From 2010 -2012, Zach and Beluga Heights served as A&R Consultants for Island/Def Jam, reporting directly to LA Reid.

Jai was a founder of PeerPong, a cloud-based semantic search company acquired by FormSpring.me in early 2011. He is also a venture partner with Partech Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm with offices in San Francisco and Paris. Jai joined Partech in late 2006 to focus on Internet, Software and Mobile.
Prior to Partech, he was a partner with IGNITE Ventures, a $250M venture fund and advisory group with strategic limited partners from major Asia-based technology conglomerates. Brian is a third generation Apparel Industry Expert with expertise in garment construction, production, global sourcing and distribution.
